I am originally from North Carolina, but now call Arizona my home with my wife Laura. I grew up having a passion for cooking. I always loved being in the kitchen with my grandmother, Mary Scott. After college I enrolled in the Army, and after 10 years decided not to reenlist and pursue my passion for cooking. I graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 2001. I worked at various fine dining restaurants in the Scottsdale area, which I loved, but wanted to do something unique.

I created Scott's Place in 2007 because I wanted to create a Five-Star, fine-dining atmosphere in your home. I want you to relax and not feel rushed when eating fine cuisine. Listen to some wonderful music and enjoy your family and friends. So if you are looking for that special "WOW" from your guests, call me! I guarantee to exceed your expectations. There is special attention paid to every detail of your dinner party.
